I am a fully trained and qualified Norland Nanny with over 10 years experience of nannying in and around London. My dream has always been to run my own childcare agency, addressing the deficiencies I often found working with other agencies across the UK. It seemed that everyone I spoke to, parents and child carers alike had felt the same frustrations going through what is already a nerve racking and potentially lengthy process. My extensive training and experience told me that a childcarer should fill a void in the family unit, as a continuation of the parents care, to support, educate and identify with the parents as well as their charges. It is for this reason that I believe a family and carer should be well matched from the beginning, creating a strong foundation for a long and happy partnership. We match the best childcare for each individual family in and around London. We insist on all of our nannies having current CRB checks, and paediatric First Aid, and can help in arranging these. We do not have anyone on our books, family or nanny that we haven’t met face to face, and we will travel to meet you, at your convenience. We believe in matching our clients based on knowledge, not assumption. We take care vetting our candidates and only select nannies that have back to back references with no unexplainable gaps. We are recommended by the Good Nanny Agency Guide and work closely with Nannytax to provide a professional caring service. As a small, friendly agency, you can be confident of knowing who you’re talking to, and we’ll know you in return, reducing the risk of you having to repeat your requirements to various employees. We are open Monday to Saturday 07.30 through to 20.30 so you can be sure we will be here when you need us. As a registered client, you are also welcome to leave a message out of hours, should you need help last minute. We will get back to you as soon as we can. We are flexible to your needs, willing to meet you at our base in Muswell Hill North London, at your home or your place of work. We understand how busy you can be! We can also provide you with step by step advice on the employment process, and get the best from your childcare choice. We do not close your case once a partnership has been arranged. We will contact you from time to time to see how you are getting on, and of course you are always welcome to contact us for advice or a chat. We can even come and meet you should you prefer.
